On, Saturday, June 26th, we celebrated the grand opening of the West Side Community Gardens with a ribbon cutting ceremony! Community leaders from federal, state and city levels came out to support the strengthening of our community by strengthening students and families in our Seeds 4 Success Program! Students are learning how to garden, landscape and harvest nutritious foods for a healthier communities. Fruits and Veggies are growing and soon will be harvested and distributed to families who sign up. The program runs from now-August 14th. Sign up TODAY at westsidecommunitycenter.org/getinvolved
